I am not responsible for items not received if you provide an incorrect address. Normally i ship following your order address, not a paypal address. If your order & paypal addresses are not the same please e-mail me the correct address, otherwise there will be a delay with the shipment date. After payment is received the item will ship to you between 2-3 days ( item -READY TO SHIP ), between 7-10 days item - MADE TO ORDER ), and i will e-mail you a confirmation address & tracking number .

Returns are accepted. Most of the fabric i use is 100% cotton, and may shrink 4% if you wash with cool water and need to iron.
spot dry or dry clean gives a better result, please do not put your bag into a washing machine.
